Parent Carer Links


Improving communication across the whole school community

As well as regular newsletters, important dates in advance, texts and emails to parents, we have parent/carer links (PCLs) attached to each class. Parent/carer links from each year group meet termly, with members of the senior leadership team, to support the work of school staff.

The purpose of these PCL meetings is:

  • to support school improvement;
  • to be a means of communication between the school and parents and carers;
  • to be a positive forum;
  • to increase parental/carer involvement;
  • to help foster positive links between PCLs and the PTFA.

If you wouldlike to make contact with the PCL for your child's class, please contact the school office and a member of the team will forward you details to the relevant person.
